Participating in the Employment Interview was an educating experience. I t was good to practice doing something that I would have to do many times within my professional career. In the interview, there were a few things I did well. The first thing I did well was responding to the “tell me about yourself” question. Mrs. Marleen said that I did a good job with hitting the main point that she was looking for. She referred to my responses as an “elevator speech,” and said that I had a very strong one. She also said that my response to the strengths and weakness questions were impressive and I did a good job at acknowledging my weakness and how I am currently working on improving it.
