Participant B Case Studies

The event that took place between participant A and participant B was a Level 3; Competing and contending; it was a win or lose conversation; there was extreme frustration and resentment; fear of losing; as well as distorted communication. There were also personal attacks and manipulation. Participant A was very angry and wanted to win the argument that was at hand with participant B. Participant A is very manipulative, and uses her children to get her way and make others feel bad. Participant B was feeling resentment and frustration. Especially since participant A wouldn’t let the participant B speak or have an opinion. Participant spewed personal attacks while participant B took it. This has been an ongoing battle for the last ten years.
