Part One: Human Resources Management in Perspective
Best describe as the evaluation of a company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats a SWOT analysis in my opinion has to be one of the most important support functions that a business can take advantage of.
It’s a great brainstorming tool that encourages managers to examine and execute strategies in a more balanced way. It’s not by any means the only way to create an effective business strategy, but it’s definitely a good starting place. It’s an invaluable tool in project management that enables organizations the ability to identify both inner and outer influences.

The guidelines apply only to selection procedures which can vary between hiring to promotions to transfer to referrals. It’s not always necessary, but when utilizing a test or other determinant to pick people for a job the businesses must have the ability to prove that whatever tool that they did use to come to their decision has a direct relationship to the goals of the company.
Part Three: Developing effectiveness in Human Resources
Started in 1842, a performance evaluation or performance appraisals are a tool that an employer can use once employees have begun working. Used in business both big and small regardless if it’s public or privately owned an evaluation is just as beneficial now as it was when it first began being used.

That’s one of the reasons that egalitarianism and engagement is so important. People want to know that they are more than just a worker at their place of establishment and that even though someone may be their superior that they all have the same level of respect. It is the job of the manager to ensure that everyone is as comfortable as they can be, that includes making sure that people feel like equals rather than a number. That’s what an egalitarian work environment sets out to do it less about status and power and more focused on collaboration and teamwork.
This kind of adjustment brings about a sort of win-win scenario because works are getting the praises that they feel they deserve nod that manager is able to keep them happy, because of that there is an increase in morale and productivity because the employee has a renewed feeling of importance ad is more willing to carry out their responsibilities while the manager is able to show how much they value their people as
