Frankie has successfully completed all parole requirements after returning to the community from Bon Air on 4/20/15. He completed life skills coaching, substance abuse treatment, intensive in-home services, and the parole transition program. He is geared to graduate from high school June 2016. Youth has proven to be released from supervision. Release from parole letter along with the certificate of discharge will be mailed to the family. File closed to
