6 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW...
...About parkour

IT”S YOUR FAULT...
If you get hurt while doing a spinning vault or a bar jump, it’s your fault. Parkour injuries are terrible, but the freerunning is very fun. I started when I was 12. My first parkour class was very fun, and so I started learning how to bar jump and flip on my apple tree. I failed a few times, thistles embedded in my skin, and scrapes and bruises all over, but it was worth it.

2. BE PREPARED...
Make sure you have the right clothes on, like pants and a t-shirt, so they don’t get snagged on anything. Also, you want to be in good shape, so you shouldn’t be sick, or have any broken and healing bones.

3. ...PRACTICE
You never want to start any advanced stuff before
