INTRODUCTION
Parking is an important part of the transportation system. It is an efficient means of storing vehicles while they aren’t in use, and it causes little disruption to the neighboring roadways. Additionally, since parking is the terminal or destination for a trip, the availability of parking space can affect the attractiveness of destinations as well as transportation modes. The attractiveness of a destination is reduced if there is a delay or difficulty in parking. The use of transit systems is increased in areas where parking is scarce. To be efficient, the transportation system must include adequate parking facilities at all places that attract trips.

Quantity Surveyor They are broadly concerned with contracts and costs on construction projects. The methods employed, however, cover a range of activities which may include cost planning, value management, feasibility study feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, lifecycle costing, tendering, valuation, change control, dispute resolution and cost estimation.
Structural Engineer They analyze, design, plan, and research structural components and structural systems to achieve design goals and ensure the safety and comfort of users or occupants. Their work takes account mainly of safety, technical, economic and environmental concerns, but they may also consider aesthetic and social factors.
Electrical Engineer They are usually concerned with using electricity to transmit energy, while electronic engineers are concerned with using electricity to transmit information.
General Inspector of Material Has direct charge over the inspection of all materials of construction.
Construction Foreman He is the worker or tradesman who is in charge of a construction crew. While traditionally this role has been assumed by a senior male worker, the title in the modern sense is gender non-specific in intent. Normally the foreman is a construction worker with many
