This shows that when Henry Ray, one of the character from Dexter’s novel bought the car from Paris Trout, and they both signed the paper it means that there is no going back. Paris Trout will do whatever it takes to get his money from Henry Ray no matter what the circumstances might be because Paris Trout gets his money, that’s his business rule. Another example in Dexter’s novel,- “Paris Trout,” states that: “It was eight hundred for the car, another two hundred and twenty-seven for the insurance. I always tell them I get my money. Paris Trout will do whatever it takes to gets his money back in his hands no matter what it takes or what he will have to do in order to get his money. For example in Dexter’s novel,- “Paris Trout,” states that: “Then his arm had gone around her throat, and he was shaking her from behind” (Dexter 40). This shows that when Paris Trout went to Henry Ray house to collect his money and did not get his money, he then starts beating up a black girl, Rosie because he believes that anyone who is close to Henry Ray should know about the money and the fact that nobody knows about the money made him even more more. In addition to beating up people up who doesn’t follow his own rules, he also shoot people. For example in Dexter’s novel,- “Paris Trout,” states that: “The first shot hit her in the arm, a little above the elbow. The second shot took her breath” (Dexter 41). We can conclude from this statement that he will even murder someone in order to get his money because that’s his business rule. He doesn’t have any sympathy towards anyone who does not follow his business
