Parents have always been the most important people in the life of a child. Parents help their kids in everything, from the day the kids are born ‘till the end of their lives. Parents always try their best to help their kids in any way. The Disney movie “The Lion King” is a great example for showing how parents show their kid what is wrong and what is right. This movie has very deep meaning that can be missed if not carefully analyzed. This movie illustrates very well the relationship between a father and his son. Parents always try to show their children a path where he/she will be the happiest and also teach them to respect all others.

It has valuable lessons that can be applied in all aspects of life. For example, it explains how something is born and goes through many experiences that shape who it is throughout life. As life goes by it gives birth to children that then will further the legacy of their parents. As explained in this movie Mufasa, the king, tells his son, Simba, how everything exists altogether and how you should care for everything that lives in this world. He explains how you might be different than others in terms of belongings or status, but everyone has dignity and importance that brings value to the world in their own ways, thus they must be appreciated. This also explains a fact of life, even though some might be different than you, everyone should be respected equally because of their dignity and contribution to this world. It also represents how you should measure people by who they are not by their title or status. As history shows no matter how powerful a person gets he/she will always fall, and when they do their future will not be good. This is because of what they have done to others, even if they beg for mercy and try to show how they were wrong. We see this play out exactly in the example of Scar. Scar rules by fear, and imposes his authority as much as he can, and uses everyone to his advantage. He is the opposite of Mufasa and is not humble at all. As a result, when he tries to blame the hyenas they see his true side, and they turn on hum. Had Scar been respectful of others, and humble like Mufasa perhaps he could’ve avoided such a bad
