Paranormal Progress

Paranormal Progress What if the paranormal can help us progress as humans? What if the data and the people that align with the paranormal are trying to help us? These are some questions that I have had about this information. If these abilities or beliefs can help us progress medically, spiritually, and in technology, then they should be taken seriously. Paranormal can help us progress, we just need to accept it. Medically I believe this could be a breakthrough for mankind. In Jeffrey Kripal’s book, Authors of the Impossible, there is a chapter that I felt helped enforced my opinion. In the chapter, “Returning the Human Sciences to Consciousness”, Kripal talks about endoscopy and exoscopy. Endoscopy is “inside-sight” and the somnambulist …show more content…
Clairvoyance could help prevent and end wars a whole lot faster. Clairvoyance would allow us to be able to find the guys that are hiding that need to captured. It could us find terrorists and other rogue agents that could do damage to the world. It would be like having the fly on the way that we always wished we had so that we can know what is going on. An example of someone with this ability would be Alexis Didier. Alexis Didier was a famous clairvoyant whose career as a clairvoyant was extremely short due to the high demand of his services. It was believed that because they used his powers a lot that his health had started to deteriorate because of it. In a famous instance of Didier being tested, Didier had met with Reverend Chauncey Hare Townsend (Kripal 235). Didier described both of Townsend’s homes and described everything inside of the homes he had never been in. Every time Didier would get one wrong it would be because Townsend was not specific enough or Didier wanted Townsend to focus on the thing he wanted Didier to see (Kripal 237). Telepathy could help us as well. The definition of telepathy is to …show more content…
This one is a little bit harder to justify has something that can progress. Religion is something that has been around, seemingly, for a long time. So how can something like religion progress? Some religious people have a strong believe that UFOs are coming here to deliver a special message to us about something that is going to happen (Saliba 22). These religious people disagree on the type of message and what they are supposed to do with this message, but most agree that it is an apocalyptic message. If UFOs are sending these people messages to help us should we listen? Even if we accept this, how do we even know that these messages are messages of peace? Some of the UFO contactees seem to think the UFOs are here for peace and to protect America (Vallee 12). Some also believe that these UFOs are going to take control of the earth and these flying saucers are our signs (Vallee 10-11). We certainly cannot just outright dismiss these people’s claims and we also do not want to classify these as crazy either. They are experiencing something but they may be having a hard time relaying it or this maybe their message that needs to come out. So, what does this have to do with the progression of religion? Everything. These people that are coming out with these messages are part of UFO religious groups. These UFO religion groups are seeing new means to get to the next step or to the end goal. We need to at least look at the end goal and

Many people are confused about what paranormal actually means. To most, the term can be pictured with pale ghosts and walking zombies or aliens with their bright UFOs. A real definition, however, is explained as: "the scientific study of interactions between living organisms and their external environment that seem to transcend the known physical laws of nature. Parapsychology [the study of the paranormal phenomena] is a component of the broader study of consciousness and the mind" (Rhine 1). This explanation describes it as the study of supernatural and paranormal beings we are unable to see, hear, or use any other sense to locate these spirits.…

There are so many aspects to the healthcare field that affect the “Iron Triangle”. It is up to us as healthcare manager to know healthcare in and out so we can implement and decide what direction we need to direct our staff everyday.. We need to understand the impact modern medicine has, why healthcare cost is rising, what major issues we are facing, understanding Medicaid and Medicare and the current state of national health policy. If we were to change one thing it would have to be that there would be a cap on how things are charged so that people were not overcharged for something just because the doctor can. This would help the health care system so much in having a budget to plan for national epidemics.…

In Mary Shelly’s Frankenstein, Victor was inspired to discover the origin of life. Most people believe that scientists shouldn’t try to out power God, but I believe that if God wouldn’t want them to do that, he wouldn’t have given them the power to do so. I also believe that it would open doors for patients such as longer lives, and it could help cure the patients with cancer. Scientists should penetrate the secrets of nature. Finally, he said, ‘’the world was to me a secret which I desired to divine.…

What ever your belief in the arrival of the extraterrestrial intelligence, the fact remains that humanity has been forever changed. For the purpose of this article I will refer to the extraterrestrial intelligence by the more commonly accepted term of the Engineers. The term “engineer” has been given to the extraterrestrial race known in the scientific community as Mundus Gubernavi by doctors Elizabeth Shaw and Charlie Holloway (deceased) based on their belief of the lifeforms being responsible for “engineering” the human race. While still very little is known of this species, what we do know is that they are an ancient extraterrestrial species of unknown origin. They are in control of some of the most advanced technology ever witnessed, with emphasis placed on their skills in genetic engineering.…
