Here are some famous definitions to the "Procrastination",

Merriam‐Webster: “To put off intentionally the doing of something that should be done.”
Dictionary.com: “To put off till another day or time; defer; delay.”
TheFreeDictionary.com: “To postpone or delay needlessly.”

However procrastination is much more than postponing something, and the concept isn’t as simple as many people think. Here’s my definition: It is just postponing what we have to do and doing what we like to do. Some people try to change this situation but many don't. They allow to control their life to their own rapid emotions.

There are some practical terms, you need to stop procrastination activities, such as doing pleasurable things, lower priority tasks, socializing, engaging in distractions and daydreaming, and instead you need to act and get started on important tasks and goals. and will also address any weakness you may have in skills like organization, time management, managing your environment and the way you approach tasks, which may be contributing to your procrastination

At its simplest level procrastination means putting off until tomorrow what could be done today. It is estimated that 90% of people procrastinate and 25% of them are chronic procrastinators. Procrastination is a very complex psychological behavior that can have different causes and is not just a simple issue of poor time management. Procrastination undoubtedly brings feelings of guilt, inadequacy, self-doubt,frustration, and depression.

You may be familiar with the phrase “Just Do It”. Finally that is what needs to happen to stop
