Nubia was home to many Africa’s earliest kingdoms . The Nubians who inherited traits from Egypt is a civilization with palaces ,temples , and pyramids almost 7000 B.C.E. Most of the Nubian countries were discovered along the Nile river In Sudan . the Nubian culture thrived for 7000 B.CE. to about 1400 B.C.E afterwards being conquered by Muslims .
One of the most famous ancient civilization known to man was the pharaonic Egypt . although it was the most known civilization , does not mean that it was the only successful civilization. The new tradition consisted of divine names , spirit , heaven, holly , and found in the nomina sacra(the basic language of Christian Nubian ) . the old Nubian language reflected linguistics ,cultural social complexity including Greek letters Merotic characters. Not only to understand but to acknowledge the important historical role of Africans before they were brought to United States as slaves. As a result of the capture , the slaves owners stripped away cultural identities of each slave . the music of the north Africa impact the musicology of Egypt .Did you know Nubian music has had major influence on blues before. Nubian Music is characterized by drums and clapping . One of the typical musical instruments are the Rababs,Oud, and Tar. The first Nubian musicians was known as Hamaza el –Din . Hamza also called the father composed music from the Oud .As he migrated to America , his music still influenced cultured of the African Americans
