Due to the speed of social media and false information spreading like wildfire, we bring in experts on the myriad of social media platforms to directly and quickly engage any questions or concerns that may arise in the digital world about our ethics and how ethics plays a major role in our decisions concerning our business operations without divulging information that would aid our competitors and reducing our market share, but answer critics and watching for any damaging words to our reputation.

Importance of Ethical Culture It is imperative that we develop a strong ethical culture here at Paradigm Toys that provides direction to prevent confusion and consistent behavior so that everyone knows what is expected of them in their conduct. Ethics Audit Establishing an ethics leader, one who is responsible for issuing information, knowing the legalities, creating a way to report without repercussions is important to our organization to protect our company, employees and maintain our good reputation. In so doing, it is equally important to conduct audits to ensure our compliance to the law, standards set forth, information and training.
B2A. Value of an Ethics Audit An audit of our ethics policies and procedures is critical to the continued success of Paradigm Toys. Even one bad ethical decision made by an employee could cost us customers and sales. Our business depends on good moral and ethical behavior by all employees, therefore auditing our daily practices is essential.
C1. Ethical Dilemma I've personally witnessed a supervisor that came in late and or would leave early on a regular basis, but still claim a 40 hour week. This of course sent a very poor message to those under his care.
