Introduction
Customer satisfaction is a term that is commonly used in marketing. Customer satisfaction measures how products or services provided by a company meet a customer’s expectations this is very important as it is what attracts customers and keeps a business running, I have chosen Papus Fish Bar which is a fast food restaurant that specialises in fish and chips they are located at 432 Alfreton Rd, Nottingham NG7 5NL. They employ three members of staff two of which produce the food and the other handles incoming orders. I have chosen the question of “Which is the most important method used by your chosen business to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction?” I have chosen this question because Papus Fish Bar provides excellent customer

Fast delivery time’s means that Muhammad (owner) can receive positive feedback from his customers and charge a premium price than his rival “Eat On” as people are willing to pay for faster delivery times. Although Eat On provides a slightly lower cost than Papus fish bar this is due to the lack of quality of the fish and chips they provide. The quality of the fish and chips is a lot better than Papus as they have negotiated with a reputable fish supplier which supplies them with fresh fish daily... Muhammad believes that providing fast customer service will means that customers will be satisfied this is backed up by the questionnaire where Muhammad says “if the customer receives speedy service they will come back and make repeat purchase” This means that Papus Fish bar is going to receive high levels of customer satisfaction and therefore gaining a wider audience which will go towards giving Papus a good reputation for providing speedy …show more content…
This method is very important as it is what enables you to gain more customers via you customer service skills. Next time I could improve my research is by researching different methods of good customer service and which is the key factor that attracts customers and which method most pleases a customer. If I had done this research it would allow me to see the flaws I the system that Papus Fish Bar use to receive customer feedback which would allow me to compare it to other fast food chains and how they monitor customer
