Paps Smear Case Study

I need some help with this patient Labs results from her Paps smear. I bill the patient services to the SFL program but WFH missing the patient Labs results. Do you think you can Help me with this or provide me some feed back where I can get this results. The patient name is Alma Deborah Hernandez DOB 02/5/1982.Lab order was place it on 10/31/2016. Please let me know if you need the Lab orders from the Provider.
