Amelia Earhart once said. “Courage is the price that life exacts for granting peace with yourself.” I think that this means that if someone tells you that you can’t do something. That you can do it and inspire other people to do things. Amelia Earhart was the first woman to fly a plane. She set records and that made her feel good about herself and inspired women across America. To do things that a woman has never done before. In June 1937 Amelia Earhart was about to attempt what no woman has done before. Amelia Earhart was so brave that she was about to fly across the world. Then she took off. Then one day she was so proud of herself that she was about to fly across the world. But then, they received a final message on July 2 at 8:45 am. She
