In the short story " Papa's Parrot" by Cynthia Rylant Harrys relationship between him in his father change, then at the end Harry comes to the realization that all those years he wouldn't go to the candy shop his father missed him. I know this because in the story " Papa's Parrot" by Cynthia Rylant (Rylant one) it says " For years, after school, Harry had always stopped to see his father at work Many of Harrys friends stopped, there, to". This meaning that Harry had a strong relationship with his father out of his house. Then also in the story "Papa's Parrot" by Cynthia Rylant on (Rylant one) it says " he liked when Harry entered junior high school, though, he didn't come by the candy and nut shop as often."
