Papa Seck is an MSBC student with 15 credit hours completed and a 3.2 GPA. In his last course, in session 3, he earned a second C, which requires his dismissal under the current policy. I advised him of the grade appeal process, yet he was unsuccessful in his appeal to his instructor. Mr. Seck earned all As during his first three courses, but his grades began to suffer when he took a second job. He has assured me that he is no longer working the second job and will be able to focus on his education. I would like to allow him to continue in the program with the stipulation that he earn at least a B in all his remaining courses.
