Papa John’s was the first pizza company to offer online ordering and delivery through all of their domestic locations (Lawless, Wagner & Williams, 2007). Papa John’s also surpassed their competitors by recognizing the importance of expanding their online ordering service through the addition of a Spanish language option. The organization’s strategy is based on their commitment to employee training and personal and professional development. Papa John’s focuses on motivating their employees through incentive compensation, vast training programs and a multitude of opportunities for advancement (Lawless, Wagner & Williams, 2007).
