Panthenol comes from vitmain B5 and is very good for your hair and skin. Some other products this ingredient is used in are moisturizers, hair sprays, and lipstick. According to the CLP regulations this ingredient is not a hazard to health or the enviroment. Some physical properties of this ingredient are that it is solube in water, it is odorless, colorless, and it has a boiling point of 484 degrees.
