Interpretation
40% of the respondents revisit store because of the product quality. 26.67% respondent like it because of price and 6.67% revisit store based on loyalty. After sale service is priority for 13.33% of respondent and location is priority for 20% respondent. Analysis
The main idea of this question is to know about features of store for a customer to revisit and make continuous purchases. As per the above graph, Product Quality leads the other elements by being on the top as compared to Price, Loyalty, after sale service and Location.
