By mentioned, the key components of the relationship between leaders and followers in Pancontinental are Emotional Intelligence, Participative Followers and Relational Concept - Authentic and Servant Leadership. Each component plays an important role, which affect the performance of PAs.

Staring from Emotional Intelligence (EI), EI arouses the awareness of social dynamics between employees and customers which offering “Fun” and enjoyable working environment is a way to success. People who enjoy their jobs are likely to engage more in their work; otherwise, people might have resentment and could start to have negative affect on the work quality or they may even consider of quitting the job. Also, recruiting those who can train is essential because “you can’t wake someone up ever if he is not really sleeping” that mean if the employee don’t want you to train or don’t want to listen to you.
