Pancakes Vs. Waffles

Decent Essays
People argue what is better- waffles or pancakes? It is very hard to find differences, besides the looks and the texture. But still, some people prefer one to another, and they argue about which is better. People say pancakes are more fun to make and shape. But others think that eating a waffle is better, because of the delicious, crunchy texture.

Waffles usually have a hard, crunchy texture, with a soft inside. People usually like to fill the little “holes” on top of the waffle with syrup. But others prefer to dip the waffle in syrup. This tasty breakfast food usually has the same ingredients as pancakes, maybe little differences, like adding more sugar or vegetable oil, but they both have the same concept. But waffles are cooked in a waffle

This does help towards the amount of fruits and vegetables a child should be eating per day but only providing one, and small, item is not beneficial towards a student's health.…

The debate between if a burrito is a sandwich may sound absolutely absurd, however this was actually debated as a legitimate court case among the Massachusetts supreme court. This was in due to Panera sueing Quibo to be a sandwich restaurant in a mall which will break the truce of Panera being the only one vendor for sandwiches. So the question goes is a burrito really a sandwich? According to the ruling the judge cites on “Webster's definition of "sandwich"—"two thin pieces of bread, usually buttered, with a thin layer (as of meat, cheese, or savory mixture) spread between them"—then provided his own understanding of a burrito, a food item "typically made with a single tortilla and stuffed with a choice filling of meat, rice, and beans.…

A common debate in schools is what options should be provided for lunch. The school administrations and parents often want their students to be served healthy lunches, but students typically prefer unhealthy alternatives that taste much better. Although unhealthy school lunches appeal more than healthy lunches, I think it is a better idea for nutritious meals to be served during the school day. High schoolers are usually able to make their own conscious decisions about what food they eat, so they can be trusted to pick at least a relatively healthy meal most of the time. However, the lunches a school serves becomes much more important when its students are younger.…
