Panama City Beach Pop Music

During spring break, on the days of April 5th-10th I took a vacation trip to Panama City Beach. While I was there I had the opportunity of going to two concerts, one of which was pop. They were extremely entertaining and informative. I would tell anyone who has the opportunity to partake in such activities to take the chance so they would not have to regret not going later. During the Pop concert, while listening to the singers and the band play, you can tell that they played with how the music changed throughout the song. The usage of crescendo and diminuendo were very obvious. They used these techniques to move you throughout the song. The different types of emotions within the songs would follow how soft and loud the music sounded. Pop music does not have a regular pulse, such as a steady heartbeat or breathing. Pop music usually has a very upbeat rhythm to keep you “on your toes”. The tempo of the typical pop song have a fast beat, which will more than likely make you want to dance. When concerning pitch, the definite tone and speed of variations were particularly high rather than low. The dynamics within majority of the music were a blend with loudness and softness. The way they manipulate the different elements of music can change your view and first impression of the music all together. There can be different songs within the same genre of music that do not sound alike in any form or fashion. This happens because they use the elements to the best of their ability to make every song their own and sound unique to fit every person who may hear it
