Since its foundation in 2011 by Matt Waldron and Frederic Rousseau, Panache has built an enviable reputation within the hairstyling industry in Canada. This high-end hair salon offers services such as colour, cut, make-up, beauty care and permanent laser hair removal.
The business partners and friends opened a second hair salon in 2015, called Atelier Panache, a creative space serving as a hair salon and as a continuing education centre for professionals (panachePRO). Opened 7 days/week, Panache is an innovative hair salon that focus on offering a friendly and professional customer service, in a decor created by Blazysgérard which reflects these values.

Focus on EDUCATION
Artists working at Panache are always eager to learn more and to push their creative limits. To keep up with the latest trends, we created the Premiers lundis du mois (First Monday of the Month), a monthly get-together where the team meets to share their knowledge and refine their skills.
We also wish to share our knowledge with all our colleagues in the industry. The opening of our second hair salon, the Atelier Panache, allow us to do just that by giving them access to panachePRO, our continuing education centre. This centre is a place where hairdressers and colourists in Quebec can attend our courses and a YouTube channel where we share our techniques with everyone in the industry.
