Pamela Gail Carter was born 04/06/1956 to Jancie Ramona (Webb) Carter and Thomas Less Carter in Columbus, Georgia. Her parents relationship was abusive and they often fought with each other. Her mother dealt with epilepsy. Her father was also some what abusive towards her. Her father has passed away in 1991 from diebets. Her mother passed away in 2010 due to her epilepsy. Pamela's states her childhood was okay. She spent most of her time staying with her grandmother. Pamela recalls her memories spent with her grandmother as good memories. Pamela grew up for 18 years in Columbus, Georgia. She then moved to Newport News, Virginia when she was 18. Pamela has a sister, Denise Cillo (61). Her sister lives in LaCross, Virgina.
