Paired Observation

Decent Essays
Please pass this on to your supervisors. This will help us when conducting Observation. Use the techniques discussed in this communication as a tool to assist in conducting and providing feedback during your performance observation. As stated each supervisor is to conduct no less than one paired observation per month. I would like the Security Shift manager to get with each of your shift supervisor and conduct the paired observations initially. Once you feel comfortable, we all are performing the paired observation correctly, then allow them to get together to conduct them as a leadership team. Remember we are required to perform one observation per week security management expectations. The list of observations can be found on the POD slides

Today I spoke to Loss Prevention Manager Jeffery Matweecha, he requested to have a conference call to discuss the removal of Security Officer Scott Brink and the staffing levels at AVP1. The reason LPM Matweecha wants Scott removed is because yesterday (7/18) LPM Matweecha performed a screening audit in which Scott Brink did not properly engage the associates. Then, LPM Matweecha retained the officer after the screening audit was performed. Later, Scott was observed by a Loss Prevention Specialist not obeying direct order that where given to him. This is not the first time that Scott Brink was spoken to by the client about not engaging the associate in a proper manner ( not standing at the screening, not being polite and courteous, and…
