Pain Management and Brain Wellness
The brain is the most important organ in all human beings. This is so because, it is involved in the process of thinking, how people act, how they perceive things and more also how they relate to each other. It is said that with a better brain the outcomes are a better life. Therefore, the brain coordinates other parts of the body hence all that people do is determined by the brain (Arloski, 2014). This study is primarily directed towards health and wellness training. When people are taught to make good decisions and to think and act correctly, the result is always a healthy life as well as cautious decisions making (Gironda et al., 2012). Controlling what people think when they are in physical pain is a result of brain wellness and pain management training, hence overcoming and enduring the pain easily.

Ones in a while, people suffering from physical injuries may even run away from their homes when they are frustrated. Pain experienced by these individuals at times is more emotional than physical (Travis, Ryan, & Travis, 2004). To them, life may seem difficult and limited in a certain area which is not the reality. Brain wellness and pain management coach advice that this person should be encouraged to focus on their strength and not look back on their past. Family members of this individual suffering from physical pain may be trained to deal with the frustrations (Gironda et al., 2012). Finally, a human being should integrate with biblical faith since everything is about mind over matter.
