A patient presented to the ED complaining of general body ache due to a motor vehicle accident that occurred a day prior. Pt states that it was a rear ended collision that at that time did not indicate causing a major concern to his overall health. However as today his neck, back and arms ache.
1. The triage nurse start the nursing process with the assessment of the situation. (PQRST) (Subjective and objective)
