The male count is high as men are proven to have a higher sexual drive compared to women, thus having a higher chance to develop this disorder. Another cause of paedophilia may occur due to the diet and food intake of the individual as well. Regarding the treatment, paedophilia has been proven to be treatable with the help of medicine, surgery, and therapy.
