As an integral part of the PacificSource partnership, we want you to have all the information you need to fulfill our contractual agreement(s). Please take the time to review the attached Provider Resource Notification as this will introduce you to the many ways that PacificSource can be of service to you. On our websites, PacificSource offers provider manuals that include helpful information and guidelines for you and your staff. Please note we have separate provider manuals as well as dedicated websites for our Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid products.

CREDENTIALING: Any providers new to your clinic must complete the PacificSource credentialing process prior to being eligible as a participating provider under your contract. Once credentialing has been successfully completed, we will mail a notification confirming their credentialing approval date. We will contact your office at least quarterly to verify the accuracy of the data we have on file, including whether your providers are accepting new patients, street address, phone number, office hours, and any other changes that affect availability to our members. If changes need to be made prior to receiving our quarterly request you may do so by contacting our Provider Network Department at (541) 684-5580, toll-free at (800) 624-6052 ext. 2580 or by email at providernet@pacificsource.com. It is the responsibility of PacificSource to update the Provider Directory with these changes within 30 days. Please note it can take up to 30 days for initial setup in our directory from the effective date of your contract.
