Pablo Escobar had the government paid off so they would not mess with him or his people doing is work. Also he would pay off the police so they would not get into his work during his time working. Escobar was seen like a god to some people who he help with their problems and people loved him for doing that. Big Brother is the complete opposite of Escobar of trying to help the poor out so they could do something in their life. Big brother would have cameras everywhere so he had everyone on film and would know what and where there are and doing. Escobar would only hire people to check up on someone if they look suspicious and would like to know what they're doing and what they need.
