On Monday, March 7, 2016 at approximately 1100 hours, while present at Group # 31, Lt. Bava and I conducted a P.G. 206-13 interview of PAA Patricia Walker, tax # 328759. The interview took place at Brooklyn/Staten Island IAB, located at 241 37th Street, 3rd Floor, Brooklyn NY 11232. PAA Walker was represented by Diana Maratol, DC 37. During the interview, PAA Walker stated the following:

PAA Walker stated that she is currently assigned to Transit Bureau Task Force, she performs 0400 hours by 1200 hours tour and her RDOs are Saturday and Sunday. She stated her assignment is strictly roll call and she does not utilize any Department computer system nor does she have access to any Department computer system. She stated that she works with other two people in the office, SPA Ogovi and SPA Falk. She stated that SPA Ogovi replaced SPA Pickering who was transferred to One

She stated she used to live with her mother and her brother, Glen Nelson before her mother was placed in the nursing home called "CNR" in Brooklyn. She stated that her brother, Glen Nelson also moved out last month (February 2016) and she does not know where. She stated that her son has been living with her since 2014. PAA Walker stated that if her mother needed to take care of her bank transactions she would get help from her church friend, Mr. Gene Wilkinson. She stated she did not take care of her mother's finances. She stated that her brother, Jasper Walker has the power of attorney now and has been taken care of her mother's finances. She stated that she did withdraw money from her mother's bank account in the past, but only in her mother's presence. She stated if now she has to withdraw money from her mother's account, she would only do it by her mother's request and only to pay her mother's bills. She stated that her mother receives social security and disability checks, which are getting deposited straight to her
