I agree that all profession need a document like the PTPF to provided a clear layout of that particular profession. these documents provided the outline of where the profession begins, how we should practice, definition of terms the profession uses. It also allows those who are not part of the profession to also have insights of that profession. Like the OTPF, the Framework also represents the latest in the profession’s efforts to clearly articulate the occupational therapy domain and process, as it builds on a set of values that the profession has held since its founding in 1917( OTPF, 2014, p.S3).
