I follow the recipe of hard work to achieve success in whatever I do in my life. When I was overweight, I worked extremely hard to lose 50 pounds by doing 90 minutes of workouts twice a day seven days a week for 12 months. I worked hard in high school to be in National Honor Society by keeping my grades up. Hard-working quality will benefit the PTA program and PTA career. Hard-working nature will benefit me with demanding clinical requirements and coursework requirements. I will put a hold on personal life in order to fully focus on my PTA program. I will give my dedication, effort, and time to study or whatever PTA program requires. I have the experience of working with teams from high school and from my yoga community services. I was involved in many clubs, and I had to work with a team to complete projects. I worked with licensed yoga instructors and followed their instructions to teach yoga moves to younger children for better health. Being a team player, it will benefit the PTA program and the PTA career when I visit clinical sites and working with larger team of health care providers and following their instructions. I will bring calmness and support when working with a large group of health care providers to assist
