PO Osipowich was interviewed as a witness. He stated that, as per Sgt. Lavelle he accompanied a perpetrator by the name of Mr. Carlton Smith to Wyckoff Hospital and he did not recover any property of his. He further stated that no one gave him any property while en route to Wyckoff hospital or during his time guarding the defendant at the hospital. He doesn't recall any hospital personnel searching the defendant and the defendant did not inform him of any of his property being missing. In consistent with the CCRB interview of Mr. & Mrs. Smith and the command log entry pertaining to his USC, Mr. Smith had 205.26 and 95.26 was returned. Upon Mr. Smith being transport to Wyckoff Hospital, an additional $110.00 USC was vouchered. Because Mr.
