PMD Career Paths

Decent Essays
Ok, :) here is my question: I would like to know the difference with the three PMD career paths. Although they seem self-explanatory. How are they ranked in term of compensation and others? In other words, which one is more prominent. I noticed that Team Financial Advisor is a year shorter than the other two. Is it more advanced, less advanced? I am somewhat familiar of what the Bank Team Financial Advisor entailed. However, I would greatly appreciate if you can shed a little light as to what are they specifically in your well-expressed recruiter language.Inline image 1

Thank you, Jessica.

I once attended training where they set for people who are attending to have a minimum of 3 years in a specific career field. The entire first day of the three day session, the people putting on the course went over basic knowledge that people with 3 years of experience should already know. For a week of training for this audience, I think an entire day review was excessive. I think it is important to know your audiences knowledge levels not only in speaking, but in everyday communication. If you don’t already know then ask.…
