Intervention: Nurses were Educated and trained on how to handle and prevent any behavior associated with ethical dilemmas at their work place.
Comparison: NO ethical dilemmas affecting nurses, patients and all health care discipline.
Outcome: nurses will experiences less stress, fatigue and conducive working environment.
Time: within six month, needs urgent attention to avoid nurses being over stressed and poor care to patients.
