PERT Vs Gantt Chart

I believe the Gantt chart and PERT are valuable and is used based on the need for the project. If a manager is dealing with a smaller project, then the Gantt chart will be most beneficial. If they are dealing with a plan that is complex, then PERT will be the better choice of the two. I’m not clear on your statement regarding the influence of satisfaction, health safety, and well-being. I think a risky endeavor for healthcare organization is to invest money that they do not have a project in hopes that it will improve their current financial situation. They must have a concrete plan and the necessary tools to begin a project that will not cause them to lose money rather than gaining money. The manager must decide advantages that the project
