In today’s society, the number of children with an intellectual or developmental disability has grown. The individuals that have these type of disabilities have also displayed difficulty in intellectual and adaptive functioning specially in terms of language development. As a result, (ABA) treatments, PEAK assessment and other interventions have arisen, facilitating the development of language.
