Life become so much interesting when you have chance to meet a person and have this deeply connection with them. We human being have this state being that we can’t or it’s hard to be alone. We always want to feel being accompanied , but sometime we just want to be completely alone. I believe strongly that Brave is an important theme in Strayed’s book , because she intended to hike PCT Alone. I found Cheryl Strayed brave as a mid age women who cross the PCT is the bravely thing to do. She say “ the wanting was a wilderness and i had to find my own way out of the wood”(27). The eager to finish what she started that make her strong. As a Part time student and Part-time worker. I found it hard , but i still continue my studies and never give …show more content…
She say “there were only two and they were essential the same. I could go back in the direction i had come from, or i could go forward in the direction i intended to go”(69).this phrase makes me think what if back then, if i just went back home what life i have now. In life there only two choices left or right, forward or backward. I been in state where i just want to give up and go back where i came from , but i'm glad to stay and keep moving forward.
Along the way thinking about to give up , but she manage to be optimistic and stay focus on what she intend to achieve on this insane journey. also she met people along the way that keeps her motivated. She never expect to meet people along her way , because her plan was to travel alone and be completely solitude for her to find redemption.
Her will push her to her limit. She say “I’m a slow walker, but i never walk back”(35).this statement implies even she will take forever on this journey to complete she will never go back. She also say “I will never go home”(193). This show a lot of courageous she has. I admit that i dont have that courage. Back then the only word i keep repeating is “ I want to Go Back “. year past by everything change when i met people that become my acquaintance and soon become my close

While reading The Scarlet Letter, I was introduced to many characters such as Hester Prynne, Arthur Dimmesdale, Roger Chillingworth, and Pearl Prynne. Of all the main characters in the story, the person I most empathize with is Pearl. Even though Pearl is a little girl, I can understand, in a way, what she is going through. Throughout the beginning of the story, she has no idea who her father is. While I have known my father for my whole life i have known of people who have never met their own fathers, and i can understand what confusion she must have felt as a young child.…
