Some symptoms of PCOS include excessive hair growth, acne, menstrual irregularity and obesity. Also common is infertility, depression and type 2-diabetes. This disease can also have no symptoms and needs to be diagnosed by a medical doctor. To find out if a person has PCOS they must undergo lab tests and image screenings. This disease is chronic for but can be treated when it flares up. There is not one specific medication that targets PCOS but doctors use other medicines to control all the symptoms, which will lead to the disease to be treated. The use of birth control to regulate the periods, metformin for the diabetes, hormones for the infertility and removal of unwanted hair.

High interval intensity workouts usually help with burning fat faster then a steady state workout because you are pushing your body to the max and using all your energy from your fat.
