We will meet October 30th at 9:00 at the BOE for our 1st PBIS meeting. The meeting should only last up to 2 hours. Listed below is a timeline of activities we will discuss to determine our plan of action.
Doug, the presenter asked that you are at the meeting because of bus discipline.

1. October 30th- District Leadership Team planning meeting. Creacy and Claudia from RESA will facilitate this. (There is a template for this attached.) You will determine goals and sequence of PBIS implementation. They will also discuss how to choose your team members and PBIS coach.

2. Discuss Coach/Principal training. This is a preview of the three day training so that both the coach and principal can do a good job of leading the team through it.
