The writer informed Penny of her conversation with xxx. According to xxx the center allocates certain numbers of SCHB, however she was not sure if they still having vacancies. For that reason, xxx advised to call on Monday and talk to xxx coordinator of the center.
2.- King Kids Child Care Center: Attempted phone call was made. The writer left a message to the co-ordinator of the center to call back.
3.- TRY Mentory: Penny fill out ‘young person application form’. The writer will fill out mentee referral form.
