Narrative:
Brief Synopsis:
Participate 1(PAR1, AFSAS Person 1) was partaking in squadron PT when he tripped over his own feet resulting in a sprained ankle.
Sequence of Events:
PAR1 was participating in a relay contest during squadron physical training. During the relay contest PAR1 fell, tripping over his own feet while performing the running technique known as karaoke, in which the runner moves sideways, crossing one leg over the other in front and then behind. PAR1 quickly returned to his feet and finished the exercise. While standing in line, PAR1 noticed his ankle began to swell and then notified his supervisor of his injury. PAR1 was transported to a nearby medical facility where he was diagnosed with a sprained left and given Q-2.

Equipment: PAR1 was wearing tightly laced low top running sneakers which he changed into at the gym. PAR1 also wore loose fitting shorts and t-shirt.
Fitness: PAR1 works out regularly four times a week and did not have any previous injuries before the mishap.
