The importance of written information is it gives legal documents for any parties. For example in ASDA documents ensure clarity among employees and customers and it will also minimise the chance for any minimise the chance for any misunderstandings. ASDA also use written information to instruct their employees, therefore, all employees know whom to contact in any situation and they also know who their boss is and know their job roles of the shop.
