Sponsorship - Argos uses this as they would be sponsoring other organisations. Argos currently sponsor teenager cancer trust charity and they donate to this charity to increase the awareness of the organisation and the cause.

Corporate image - Argos uses this as they would want to have a good image and good reputation. This would then allow the business to increase sales, profits and keeping bring new customers into the business. If Argos does anything bad it would give them a bad corporate image and would impact on the sales.

Microsoft

The Company philosophy – Argos would hope that their products and services are brought by word of mouth communications. This would be benefiting them as their sales and profits would increase as the business may not be sending money to make people talk about their products. Argos fast track same day delivery service would be spoken about as it’s a new service that the business offers and most likely people would be saying good things about this service which would encourage more people to use it.
