Ozzie Newsome was born on March 16, 1956 in Muscle Shoals, AL. He is a former tight end for the Cleveland Browns who played from 1978 to 1990. He played four years at the University of Alabama and was named AP first-team All-Pro in 1977. He only lost 6 out of 50 games in his college career for the Crimson Tide but was never able to win a national championship.
