Music is just a big part of my life if the world didn't have music we wouldn't have anything and I stick to that statement. I am a big R&B fan of music it's my favorite genre I love to just listen to artists such as in The Weekend, Bryson Tiller and Drake people can argue that they are the best that's making the genre a big thing I sorta disagree with that statement. When I first got into music it was just amazing I always am in my room and just jam to some slow medium music it always sets the mood no wonder how u feel.…

There’s nothing like the connection and that feeling you get with that song, artist or band when you hear it live. (I believe music is more than sound and words put together. Music connects people and can help you escape reality.)…

genevieve wakutz Q1: Social Construction of nature and Rethinking Wilderness “The task of making a home in nature is what Wendell Berry has called “the forever unfinished lifework of our species” (Cronon, 87). Centuries ago humans lived among nature, hunting and gathering to survive. Yet the advent of agriculture pulled humans away from nature and gradually we isolated ourselves from the wilderness, only to return on occasion. From the capitalist-consumer culture to our urban centers, we have found solace in modern technology and turned away from the unpredictable environment.…

In my personal example, I believe that the song enhances my visual representation of a ballet by giving the dance moves a beat to follow. As beautiful as ballerinas dance, it is the music that accompanies their movement that allows for us to react emotionally and put meaning to the dance. I feel that this is because music has such a huge impact on our brains. Music has the ability to release endorphins, lower blood pressure, and ease physical pain, something that ballet would never be able to accomplish on its…
