I am almost at that point in my life as well. I am trying to find myself and find my calling. Knowing who you are helps you to carve a path that is true to your wants and your needs. That is a very out of the ordinary job for a traditional Bengali man. A Bengali man is more known to be a doctor or lawyer, but Gogol wanted to create his own path. I strayed away from the norm freshman year. I went to a catholic preschool, grade school, and was expected to attend a catholic high school. I went for a semester and I found that it was not my fit. I would be the first person in my immediate family and cousins to attend a public school. I was afraid to speak out but I created my own path to succeed and I knew what I needed to
