Stewardship
To stewardship means to take care of something, supervising and different things like that. The catholic church teaches you to take care of others and supervise others like they are your family. In the bible there are many different stories that teach you about stewardship but two of them are,
1 In the end, everything has been entrusted to our protection and all of us be responsible for it. Be protectors of God's gifts

I think this means that God helps us with lots of different things and we don't know about lots of things that he helps us with. I also think this means that god is helping us to pick a good life path.

By saying he leads me to quiet waters he is saying that he leads us to a good peaceful place in life.

What is overfishing
Overfishing is something where fishermen fish to much out of a body of water (of any size)
So there is not much life left there.
How is it an environmental issue
Overfishing is a big problem for the environment because if there's a lot more overfishing happening then that would make their not much fish or sea life in an area or a body of water all together. Greenpeace.org have said that since overfishing has began since more fish have been dieing the population of jellyfish have almost doubled and now there are almost 2000 types of jellyfish and almost 300,000 different species of jellyfish yet to be discovered.
how a Christian should address your chosen issue in their daily lives.
I think that if many different christians try to stop overfishing by making a protest or taking it up with the laws of that country than lots more people would have to stop overfishing. But they could also just try to help the environment bit by bit and maybe try to describe to people what it does to the environment and
